Our team is a collaboration team between two countries: Greece and Cyprus. It consists of 9 high school students, 5 Greeks and Cypriots. As normal highschool students who love motorsport and modeling we joined this competition with pride and creativity, to honour our schools, but mainly gain new exciting experiences
F1 in Schools is an international STEM competition for students aged 9-19, in which different groups of students have to design and manufacture a miniature "car" using 3D technologies and compete with each other. It is a worldwide event that has been taking place since 1999 and over 40 countries from around the globe participate. The challenge it to create the fastest car and stand out!
We have managed so far to make it through the national finals of our countries - and we are continuing. Our target is to win the worldwide finals, which will take place in 25th September of 2017. It takes a lot of work and courage to manage that, which is why this project is so hard. If you would like to help us achieve our goals, contact us and offer us a sponsorship.
